Therapy that treats how
you think as the starting point.
For professional adults with ADHD and autism. Active, practical, and built around the way your mind actually works rather than the way it's supposed to.
You've been managing.
It's been costing you.
Most of the people I see have been getting by on workarounds for years, and getting by well enough that no one around them noticed the price. This is therapy for the part underneath that.
- You were diagnosed late, or you suspect it and have never said so out loud.
- You are competent at work and quietly running on empty underneath it.
- The systems everyone else swears by have never quite fit the way you think.
- You are tired of translating yourself and want a room where you don't have to.

A working session, not a waiting room
You'll be asked what you think
Not only how you feel. We use the meeting that went badly and the inbox you can't face as the actual material, not as background.
We work on your real week
Executive function, sensory load, communication, burnout, the conversation you've rehearsed nine times. Whatever is costing you the most.
Progress you can point to
Change you notice in the meeting, the inbox, and the relationship, not just a better understanding of the problem.
Private pay, and simpler for it
I'm a private-pay practice, so I don't bill insurance directly. I can provide a superbill you submit yourself for out-of-network reimbursement if your plan allows it.
Private pay also keeps your care your own. No diagnosis is required for coverage, and nothing about your sessions sits in an insurer's file.
Online across Texas.
In person in Dallas.
Most sessions are online, anywhere in the state. When meeting in person matters, I see people in Dallas at Revolve Wellness Collective in Preston Center.
The first conversation is free.
A short call, no pressure, and an honest answer about fit.
