Nobody handed you the rules.
You worked them out anyway.
Therapy for professional adults with ADHD and autism. You've built workarounds that hold most of the time. Let's make them cost you less.
This page will calm down if you ask it to.
There. That's quiet mode.
Most sites are built for people who don't find them tiring. Turn on quiet mode and the type gets larger, the lines get shorter and further apart, and every piece of movement stops. It stays that way on every page and every time you come back.
If your device already asks for reduced motion, it's on before you arrive. You shouldn't have to ask twice.
Bigger type, shorter lines, more room to breathe,
and nothing moves. It'll stay that way on every page,
and it'll remember next time.
Or use the toggle in the menu, top right. Either one remembers your choice.
Specialized, not general
ADHD and autism in adults are the center of my practice. Most of the people I see are working professionals whose difficulties don't look like difficulty from the outside.
ADHD
Time that disappears, commitments that pile up, and the gap between what you meant to do and what got done.
Autism
Social load, sensory overwhelm, and the cost of reading a room you were never handed the rules for.
Anxiety and depression
Practical strategies alongside the insight, so the week gets more workable rather than only better understood.
Integrated care
Your mind and body are on the same team. Working alongside psychiatry and medicine when that helps.
Active, practical,
and specific to you
Things we might work on
Therapy here is a working session. You'll be asked what you think, not only how you feel, and you won't spend fifty minutes on a single question.
The approach blends cognitive behavioral work, an understanding of how neurodivergent minds process, and a strengths-based, collaborative style. What that means in practice is that we work on the meeting that went badly, the inbox you can't face, and the conversation you've rehearsed nine times.
- Build emotional and communication skills
- Navigate sensory overload, burnout, and masking
- Strengthen relationships and social connection
- Improve focus, planning, and executive functioning
- Reduce anxiety, stress, and overwhelm
- Feel more grounded in the way you work
Online anywhere in Texas.
In person in Dallas.
Most of my work is telehealth, and for a lot of people that's the better option rather than the compromise. No commute, no waiting room, no unfamiliar building to work out before the session starts. You're in your own space, with the sensory details that are individual to you already handled: temperature, lighting, and what you're wearing.
When meeting in person matters, I see people at Revolve Wellness Collective in Preston Center, alongside psychiatry, integrative medicine, and nutrition. Having that under one roof is also why integrated care is something I can arrange rather than only recommend.

Questions you might have
Do I need a diagnosis to start?
No. Plenty of people arrive suspecting they're autistic or ADHD without anything formal, and plenty arrive after a late diagnosis trying to reread their whole working life through it. Both are fine starting points.
Do you take insurance?
I'm a private-pay practice, so I don't bill insurance directly. I can provide a superbill you submit yourself for out-of-network reimbursement if your plan allows it. Private pay also means no diagnosis is required for coverage purposes and nothing about your care sits in an insurer's file.
Are sessions online or in person?
Most of my work is online, anywhere in Texas. I also see people in person in Dallas at Revolve Wellness Collective in Preston Center. If meeting face to face matters to you, say so on the consultation call.
Do you work with teens?
My practice is built around adults, particularly professionals. I do see young adults who are struggling to launch. For younger teens I'm usually not the right fit, and I'll tell you so and help you find someone who is.
Is online therapy effective for ADHD and autism?
For many adults it works better. There's no commute, no waiting room, no unfamiliar building to decode before the hour has even started. You're in your own space, with the temperature, the lighting, and the clothes that let you settle.
What if I'm not sure I need therapy?
Start with the consultation. It's free, it's low pressure, and if what you need is something other than therapy I'd rather tell you that early.
The first conversation is free.
A short call, no pressure, and an honest answer about fit.
